Real Estate Development Housing Law —Richard A. Chase, Esq., has been involved in real estate development law with government assisted and affordable housing programs sponsored by for-profit and not-for-profit corporations and developers since 1968. This began when he worked with St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Toledo, Ohio to develop a Section 236 project, Covenant House, a 156-unit apartment complex for the elderly. Since then, he and his firm have continued to work with for-profit and not-for-profit corporations in developing numerous multi-family and elderly housing facilities, physically disabled facilities, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and life-lease condominiums.

Real Estate -- Chase & Goff represents both commercial and individual clients in all proceedings and transactions that deal with real property including purchase and sale, construction, mortgages and foreclosures, leases, zoning, title examinations, quiet title actions, closings, and management.

Personal Injury—Chase & Goff represent individuals involved in controversies alleging a wrong or damage to another's person, rights, reputation, or property resulting from events or activities such as automobile accidents, defective products, infliction of emotional distress, intentional misconduct, medical malpractice, and negligence.
